We at RCT Heart Heroes want to empower our local communities to learn the skills to help save lives using CPR and Defibrillation. Offering CPR training and Defibrillator awareness in your community can make a huge difference to survival rates in your local area

KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY HEART SAFE, is our campaign to encourage everybody throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf and surrounding communities to learn CPR / DEFIB skills so that they are confident of the steps they need to take when a person has a cardiac arrest. this is an emergency, but by using some basic knowledge and skills, you can increase your loved one’s chance of surviving a cardiac arrest

Our team are like family, we all are dedicated in supporting, helping, fundraising and wanting to make a difference within our community, our shop is solely run by our dedicated team of volunteers and that they take pride in what they do and feel valued in doing something good for everyone.
